Koen van de Pasch, one of the founders of the company in 2017, has been developing his knowledge and skills in producing world-class dairy products since the founding of the company. A cornerstone in the company and responsible for production and quality. He is continuously looking for ways to produce better products in a more efficient manner. Has expert knowledge about dairy production processes.
He founded the company with Erwin van de Pasch after completing his master at Maastricht University.
