Colostrum Production Specialist

We are looking for a Production Operator for our Colostrum Factory in Son en Breugel. In this factory, colostrum products are made. You will be responsible for starting up production and ensuring that the final products meet our high-quality standards. You will work closely with the quality department.

What Will You Do?

  • Produce high-quality colostrum products.
  • Package and prepare high-quality colostrum products for shipment.
  • Clean production materials.
  • Record production orders.
  • Contribute to improvement plans.

What Do We Require?

  • Completed MBO (vocational) education at level 3/4 in a food-related field.
  • A positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A team player with a high sense of responsibility, capable of working independently.
  • Affinity with the agricultural sector.
  • Experience in the dairy industry is a plus.
  • Adherence to legal guidelines and regulations regarding HACCP, Environment, and Safety.

Job Description (Detailed)

  • Perform operational, control, and regulation tasks on production lines.
  • Operate, adjust, clean, convert, inspect, and maintain process equipment.
  • Operate, adjust, clean, convert, inspect, and maintain packaging machines.
  • Perform timely and correct product and process controls according to instructions and adjust as necessary.
  • Adequately resolve minor technical or process disruptions.
  • Set and check the coding and weight of packaging.
  • Take samples for lab and moisture determination.
  • Adjust packaging and filling machines for different packaging formats.
  • Perform cleaning tasks.
  • Record process and product-related data.
  • Log repairs in a maintenance system.
  • Perform tasks related to safety and hygiene.
  • Comply with HACCP, company, and safety regulations.
